Spent Christmas with my family and it was a great experience. The location was amazing, with incredible views of the lake and beautiful surroundings. We particularly enjoyed the free facilities available on the lake, such as kayaking and paddleboarding. The staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. The breakfast was one of the best aspects of our stay, with a wide variety of food and drinks to choose from. it was a great place to spend the holidays as a family.
To our stay, such as the uncomfortable chairs in the dining area and the lack of basics in the kitchen such as tea towels and toilet rolls. Additionally, we had some issues with check-in, which was not possible at midnight. We had to book another hotel for our first night, which was very disappointing. The deposit required by the hotel was also quite high. However, despite these issues, we still had an enjoyable stay and would recommend it to others.

We loved the stunning location on/near the lake, free lake facilities, and friendly staff. The spacious apartment was clean, quiet, and had good wifi. Parking and transport were convenient. Great breakfast and good kitchen facilities.

I had a great time during my Xmas vacation at this apartment! the location was perfect, with shops, restaurants, and ski slopes nearby. the apartment was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy atmosphere. the hosts were very friendly and helpful, making us feel at home. the best part was the Xmas activities, such as the Xmas market and the carol singing. It was a memorable experience!
There were a few negative aspects that annoyed me. I didn't like the fact that the check, in time was quite late, and the check, out time was quite early, which limited our time to enjoy the place.

This traditional apartment is perfect for a young family who wants to stay in the North Tirol area. the location is great, with the hotel almost on the lake, providing a beautiful view from the balcony. the cleanliness of the room and bathroom was admirable, and the friendly and helpful staff made our stay exceptional. the kitchen was well-equipped and the wifi connection was excellent. free facilities on or near the lake made our active vacation even better.
The hotel could benefit from having a restaurant on site.
